ROSA26遺伝子座にloxP-STOP-loxP-FLAG-Bmi1-FRT-IRES-EGFP-FRTを挿入したノックインマウス。造血細胞特異的にBmi1を発現させると造血幹細胞活性が増殖する。

A loxP-flanked neo<r>-stop cassette followed by FLAG-tagged Bmil, and frt-flanked IRES-EGFP cassette, and a bovine polyA sequences were knocked in the ROSA26 locus.
